Filmmaker Ridley Scott has brought together all of the companies aligned with his studio, RSA Films, into one network dubbed the Ridley Scott Creative Group.
Launching today (12 June) the group will comprise music video production company Black Dog Films; entertainment marketing shop 3am; film and TV production company Scott Free; commercial production companies Hey Wonderful and Darling Films; mixed media tech agency RSA VR; and flagship production studio RSA Films.
Scott and his fellow agency heads hope the structure will allow the companies to take better advantage of opportunities across all entertainment genres, including film, TV, branded entertainment, commercials, VR, short films, documentaries, music video, design, animation and photography.
“We are in a new golden age of entertainment,” said Scott. “The world's greatest brands, platforms, agencies, new entertainment players and studios are investing hugely in entertainment.
“We have brought together our talent, capabilities and creative resources under the Ridley Scott Creative Group, and I look forward to maximizing the creative opportunities we now see unfolding with our executive team.”
Director Luke Scott, who is Ridley Scott’s son, will take up the role of global chief executive. His siblings, Jake and Jordan Scott, have also been named as company partners alongside their father.
