Seattle-based agency Pop has announced the hiring of Elaine Colenbrander, a veteran of SapientRazorfish.
Colenbrander has been assigned to play a key role in driving the agency’s creative direction and crafting solutions that solve business challenges for Pop's roster, which includes Microsoft, Target, F5 Networks and Adobe.
Colenbrander has worked across industries including entertainment, technology, travel and hospitality, fashion, CPG, and non-profit organizations. Her most notable clients to date are Coca-Cola, Nordstrom and Intel.
“The ability to attract creative talent of Elaine’s caliber is a feather in our cap,” said RJ Hilgers, chief executive officer of Pop. “Elaine’s commitment to creative and technology working together for the greater good aligns perfectly and she will play a critical role in solving our clients’ most complex marketing challenges.”
“Both Pop’s mission, and its work for an exciting group of clients, made it the perfect place to bring my enthusiasm for innovative ideation and flawless execution,” said Colenbrander. “I’m excited to have the opportunity to build ideas from the ground up, and work with the team to bring a shared vision to life.”
Colenbrander was just one of Pop's first major moves of 2018; RJ Hilgers who joined the agency as their chief marketer two years ago, was formally promoted to the role of chief executive officer on January 1st.
